1 General Terms & Conditions

Baj.wine ("baj", "we", "us") is an online gaming platform providing entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of baj's services, website, and mobile applications.

By creating an account, registering, or using any of baj's services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using baj's services.

Baj reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, a notice will be posted on the website along with the updated date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and use baj's services. Providing your correct date of birth at registration is mandatory. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

One account only

Each individual may only register one baj account. Multiple accounts under the same person are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

• Your full legal name must be provided
• A valid national ID number or passport number must be provided
• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided
• After registration, verification via mobile OTP is required

3 Payment & Transaction Policy

Baj currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawals will be sent to the mobile number registered on your account. Requests to a different number will not be accepted. Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Baj regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own terms, detailed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only – once per person
• Each bonus comes with wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x)
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met
• Bonuses must be used within the specified time after claiming; they will expire and be forfeited if not used in time
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated in the terms
• baj reserves the right to suspend any account where there is clear evidence of bonus abuse

5 Gaming Rules & Operations

All games on baj – Live Casino, slots, Sports Betting, bingo, and more – are powered by trusted third-party software providers. The specific rules for each game are available within that game's interface.

• baj will not be held liable if a game result is voided due to a technical error
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, your stake will be refunded
• Live game results are final – disputes raised after a game has ended will not be accepted
• In the event of a software failure, baj's decision is final
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, it will be resolved in accordance with baj's policy.

All games on baj use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring completely fair and verifiable outcomes. Our game fairness is regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baj platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and, where necessary, legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Hacking or cyberattacks on the platform's systems
• Creating an account under a false identity or using someone else's information
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Threatening or harassing other users

7 Security & KYC Verification

In compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, baj conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Completing KYC is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain threshold.

Documents Required for KYC

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A selfie photo holding your ID document
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership

Keep your account password secure. If you suspect any unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team. We strongly recommend keeping Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

9 Service Suspension & Account Termination

Baj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice. Accounts may be closed under the following circumstances:

• For any breach of these Terms
• Registering with false information or failing KYC verification
• Engaging in fraudulent or dishonest activity
• Upon instruction from a legal authority or court order
• Extended period of inactivity (over 12 months)

Upon account closure, your valid balance will be returned unless the closure is due to a breach of these Terms. Bonus balances and disputed funds may be withheld.

10 Limitation of Liability

Baj provides its services on an "as is" basis. We accept no liability for the following:

• Game interruption caused by loss of internet connection
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment system issues
• Service unavailability due to unscheduled server maintenance or technical issues
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence
• Service suspension required for legal or regulatory reasons

Under no circumstances will baj's total liability exceed the total amount you deposited in the last 30 days.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any complaints or disputes, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to provide a resolution within 72 hours.

• Dispute submission deadline: within 30 days of the incident
• The support team will conduct an initial investigation and communicate their decision
• If you are unsatisfied with the support team's decision, the matter can be escalated to senior management
• baj's decision is final and binding on all parties

12 Changes & Updates

Baj reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the website and send a notification to your registered email.
